RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A retainer is due at the time of booking your session with us. The retainer is used to reserve your spot on our calendar. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER. In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated for damages to SLL Photography in the event of a cancellation, or breach of contract by the CLIENT. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment of any SLL Photography materials/charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. The retainer shall be applied towards the total cost of the service to be rendered. The remaining charges are payable in full on the date of the session.

RAIN POLICY

If it is raining on the day of your session we will attempt to reschedule you for another day or time depending on our calendar. If we do not have any openings, your retainer will be returned to you. If we offer a different date or time and you decline the offer, it will be considered a cancellation and your retainer will not be refunded.
